I'm Megan Manning

As a Design Lead Consultant at Launch by NTT DATA, I design, manage, and ship innovative digital solutions for clients across various industries. With over 13 years of experience in creative direction and UX/UI design, I have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, driving digital transformation projects, and creating seamless human-centered experiences.

I am passionate about coaching diverse multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving key strategic initiatives that will create impact. I also mentor aspiring designers at adplist.org, where I share my insights and best practices on user research, Figma, storytelling, and prototyping. My mission is to help build brands, solve design problems, and craft compelling stories that resonate with users.

In my spare time, I enjoy being at the beach, kayaking, backpacking over mountains, and am currently elbows deep in renovating a travel trailer, so my family and I can level-up our camping game.
