The Story

During my time at Sony Online Entertainment, I was fortunate to work on many digital projects. For this project I was leveraged by our Sr. Director of Global CRM & eCommerce Marketing to conduct user research on the game card and membership purchase flows to create annotated wireframes and subsequently give presentations to key stakeholders of my findings.
